RECRUITMENT JOURNEY
① Get in Touch – get in touch either with Angela directly, or via the form below
② Info Sharing – you’ll be sent an application form and our information packs on the different contract types we offer
③ Screening Interview – this will be an opportunity for us to get to know you, and you us! It will be completed virtually online.
④ Offer – if all goes well, we will be in touch with an offer and an invitation to attend our 3 day induction programme
⑤ Induction Training – these happen on a monthly pre planned basis and gives you an opportunity to visit us at our Central Administration Office
⑥ Fundraising with support – as soon as possible, we’ll then get you out in the field with a guided mentor for the first week

TRAINING
A dedicated training programme right from day 1. Your attendance at our on site induction lays the foundation for all your fundraising needs. Each charity has their own dedicated training programme, with refresher courses run bi-annually, and even an opportunity to see their good work for yourself with a site visits!

ONGOING SUPPORT
Help is on hand whenever you need it. A dedicated venue planner is just a phone call away who’ll ensure you’re provided with quality fundraising venues suited to you. Out in the field one of our Field Managers will support you and make sure you have everything you need. And our Central Administration team love coming out and visiting you!

We understand that nothing is ever perfect, so we regularly conduct fundraiser satisfaction and engagement surveys to help us continually improve. In addition, we make face-to-face visits and listen to your feedback over the phone. During our welcome calls, we gather feedback about our fundraisers, which we then share with the team in our “Friday High Fives”. Our clients also conduct their own surveys, offering both positive and constructive feedback on all our activities. Opting not to give feedback is choosing comfort over growth. We are always striving to keep improving and become the UK’s most trusted fundraising provider.
